I'm having a problem downloading the PowerInvesting book, what do I do?

After your payment is processed while ordering the ebook, a blue download button
appears on the order confirmation page. Perhaps you missed this. An order
confirmation email is sent to you immediately after ordering. In the email, there is a link
that will take you back to the order confirmation page. You can download the book again
from this page for up to 24 hours after you order. If 24 hours has already passed, email
us and we will send a copy ASAP. Those ordering quarterly and annual memberships
will be emailed a copy of the book usually within 1 business day.

I can't seem to open the PowerInvesting book after downloading, what do I do?

The ebook is compressed in a zip archive to facilitate speedy downloading. You would
just need to unzip it before opening the ebook. If you do not have a zip utility, you can
download a trial version of winzip at download.com for free (search on 'winzip' while on
download.com). Once the zip archive is unzipped, you will find the ebook in pdf format
and can be opened, read and printed from within the standard Adobe Acrobat Reader.
You can download a free Acrobat Reader for most platforms at www.adobe.com.

I ordered the Weekly Alert but haven't received a copy, whats the problem?

The Weekly Alert email often ends up in a bulk/spam folder due to its HTML/image
content, so check there first. Also, be sure you haven't put tradetobefree on your
blacklist within your email software.

On rare occasions, some ISPs/email servers filter out the Weekly Alert due to its HTML
and image content. If all else fails, create a free Yahoo email account and send us the
new address at service@tradetobefree.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions can quickly and easily be cancelled on the members site. You would
just click on the 'My Account' option within the members-only website, click the cancel link
and then click the cancel button.

Why can't I use all the filters in the stock screener you recommend in the
PowerInvesting ebook?

The third party providing the screener now charges for some of the filters. They charge
$199 per year for these filters which is an absolute bargain. The techniques can be
used with free screeners as well such as MSN and Yahoos screener using similar filters.
Instructions on how to use these can be found in the PowerInvesting book.

I have recently subscribed to the Weekly Alert, what is my login/password?

Unless you paid with PayPal, you should have been taken to a sceen with instructions to
set your password. If not, email us at service@tradetobefree.com. If you paid using
PayPal, it generally takes about 1 business day to set up your new subscription.

I'm looking at my Weekly Alert and I do not see the charts. Why not?

Most email software packages have a link somewhere in or near the email to display
images. In Outlook, you can click the grey area right below the subject line to view the
chart images.
